UI Racing Team consists of more than 50 passionate team members who share the same vision. Consisting of two main divisions, the technical and non-technical divisions, each work harmoniously to progress the team forward, headed by the president, and technical and non-technical director.

Executive
The President and Technical and Non-Technical Director are responsible for guiding the operations of the team. The president sets the direction on where the team is heading, and gives direction to each division. Meanwhile, the director of technical division leads the oversees the technical division and provides strategic direction and technical guidance. The director of non-technical plays a crucial role in managing the administrative, financial, and communication aspects of the organization. The director of non-technical possess strong leadership and organizational skills, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across the company.
